This blog contains the full text of all cases, statutes, and rules of procedure cited herein that pertain to jury selection. Simply scroll your cursor over the item, click on it, and the full text will appear. For example, the full text of the seminal case of Singer v. State , 109 So2d 7 (Fla 1959) can be obtained just by clicking on it.
